The Illuminated Parade is fast becoming a cherished tradition for families across the town and wider community. For the past three years, this magical event has been made possible through the quiet generosity of a single family, whose kindness and commitment have helped bring joy to thousands. Last year’s Parade, in particular, would not have taken place without their exceptional support, together with the valued contribution of our special partners and loyal supporters.
While the family have graciously pledged to continue assisting with a portion of future costs, we are now seeking additional partners to help safeguard and strengthen the Parade for years to come.
We are therefore inviting a select number of sponsors to join us and play a vital role in sustaining and enhancing this much-loved community celebration. Support from local businesses, organisations and community members—whether through sponsorship or financial contribution—will help ensure that thousands of families can continue to enjoy an evening of light, wonder and togetherness that has quickly become one of the highlights of the Henley calendar.
In return we would of course be delighted to recognise your support, with as much — or as little — public acknowledgement as you would prefer:

The Parade is organised by a privately owned UK limited company.
The Company’s only activity is to organise an ‘Illuminated Boat Parade’ at Henley on Thames.
All costs of the first year were covered by a donation from the shareholders.
No fees or dividends are being paid to the directors or shareholders.
The organisers would welcome any sponsorship enquiries.
The directors reserve the right to recoup some costs as the event grows in size.
